Our Policies and Shipping Info

Telephone orders are taken between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday and 12 noon to 5pm on Saturday. To contact us after hours, please use our online form. Local delivery is available on Sat. and Sun.

Shipping is through the UPS and takes an average of 2-3 days to most destinations on the east coast. Delivery is traceable though delivery confirmation. For priority delivery, we provide overnight and next day shipping.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us and a follow up shipment, replacement items or a refund will be provided.
